Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for planning and execution, including overseeing coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and work progress of the project.
2. Familiar with the latest rules, regulations, and procedures for submission and obtaining approval from relevant authorities.
3. Work closely with consultants, contractors, and the project management team to ensure coordination and smooth implementation and construction of the project.
4. Monitor work progress from commencement until project handover.
5. Ensure site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved promptly.
6. Ensure work is performed according to specifications and in good workmanship without delays.
7. Ensure safety and regulations are in compliance with legislation.
8. Provide periodic management reports and attend project meetings.
9. Supervise all site supervisors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
3. Well-organized with good communication and interpersonal skills.
