We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with 5–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise architecture strategies in large-scale technology organizations. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology landscape and will play a critical part in building internal architecture capability by mentoring and guiding emerging enterprise architects.

You will collaborate across business and technology teams to define architectural direction, deliver scalable solutions, and enable strategic outcomes—while actively supporting the development of the next generation of architects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and evolve enterprise architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains to align with strategic business goals.
2. Lead architecture planning and governance for large-scale programs and transformation initiatives.
3. Develop and maintain enterprise-wide reference architectures, principles, patterns, and standards to guide solution architecture and engineering.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership, business partners, and technology teams to define and drive architecture strategy and roadmap.
5. Provide hands-on mentorship and coaching to architects transitioning into enterprise architecture roles, helping them build capabilities, understand EA practices, and deliver meaningful architectural outcomes.
6. Establish best practices for architecture documentation, communication, and decision-making across the organization.
7. Analyze emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation and long-term planning.
8. Promote architectural alignment across domains and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.

Required Qualifications

1. 5–10 years of experience delivering enterprise architecture in complex, large-scale environments—ideally in major technology companies or high-growth enterprises.
2. Strong track record of architecture leadership across multiple domains (business, application, data, infrastructure, integration).
3. Proven ability to mentor and guide other architects, helping them grow into enterprise-level thinking and execution.
4. Deep familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), modeling tools, and architectural governance practices.
5. Solid understanding of modern technology stacks including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and data platforms.
6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business domains.
7. Strategic mindset with systems-level thinking and a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certification in TOGAF or relevant cloud architecture (AWS, Azure).
2. Experience supporting or leading architecture communities of practice or capability development programs.
3. Exposure to Agile/Lean delivery models and digital transformation initiatives.
