Job description

The role requires you to be in charge of FP&A and Business Partnering while assisting the Finance Director.

Our client is a multinational corporation in the medical industry, currently expanding globally, especially in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators.
  2. Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variance.
  3. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.
  4. Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, coordinating inputs from stakeholders and budget owners.
  5. Build budget and forecast models to project long-term growth and identify impacting business factors.
  6. Prepare ad hoc analyses of complex financial and non-financial information to support management decision-making.
  7. Work directly with divisional Sales & Marketing Managers on reporting and analysis of sales and COGS to identify issues and opportunities.
  8. Conduct deep-dive sales analyses, including productivity by customer/product, and challenge the Country Leadership and Sales & Marketing functions.
  9. Develop strategies with business stakeholders, weighing pros and cons, and influence decisions towards the best ROI.
  10. Support decision-making through scenario modeling based on a clear understanding of the business.

Profile

  • Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent, with professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience; Big 4 auditors are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Committed, team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
