Job description

We're Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses streamline admin, accounting, and bookkeeping, allowing them to focus on what matters most. Our solution combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide comprehensive, real-time services.

As we experience rapid growth in clients and team members, with over 500 employees worldwide, we are seeking talented individuals eager to solve complex problems and make a difference.

What you'll do:
  1. Schedule interviews and manage recruitment calendars for hiring managers and candidates.
  2. Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.
  3. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by liaising with People Operations for pre-employment requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  5. Prepare job descriptions, post job ads on various platforms, and monitor applications.
  6. Assist in preparing recruitment reports, metrics, and updates for leadership teams.
  7. Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and addressing inquiries.
  8. Organize and send feedback to candidates after interviews.
  9. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment efficiency.
  10. Provide administrative support to the wider People Operations Team as needed.
Who you are:
  1. Some experience in administration and/or coordination, preferably within Talent Acquisition.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  3. Flexibility and versatility to adjust priorities based on team needs, with a collaborative mindset.
  4. A positive, proactive attitude focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools is a plus.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
