Job description

Looking for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, structured environment with complex financial processes.

Location: Sunway Geo Tower, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Sunway South Quay, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor

Employment Type: 12-month contract (Potential to convert to permanent based on performance and client decision)

Join Date: ASAP (May/June)

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Salary: RM8,000 – RM10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Align and agree on service lines for recharging/month-end accruals with IDT Finance Business Partners
2. Manage internal recharge POs and obtain necessary approvals
3. Execute direct recharge based on invoice cycles (monthly/quarterly)
4. Analyze and provide insights on actual vs. projected recharge amounts
5. Identify simplification opportunities in recharge mechanisms
6. Maintain accurate records of intercompany costs, journals, and functional cost centers
7. Provide dashboards and reports for actuals tracking
8. Liaise with external operational partners for data center demands
9. Support line manager on ad hoc finance-related matters

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Finance or related field with 2-3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of intercompany recharge and transfer pricing
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong data handling and financial reporting skills
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Effective communicator and team player
• Experience in IT/Technology finance environment is an added advantage
