Job Responsibility
  • Handle inbound calls to create a positive customer experience by applying effective sales techniques in every interaction.
  • Engage in consultative selling by identifying customer needs and confidently recommending solutions that support their business growth.
  • Resolve queries within the Scope of Support (SOS) or direct customers to appropriate paid or third-party options.
  • Quickly diagnose and fix product issues on the first call to enhance satisfaction and reduce repeat contacts.
  • Consistently meet performance targets such as KPIs including First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and new sales.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, stay focused under pressure, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in sales or customer service, with a background in customer interactions or selling products/services preferred.
  • People-oriented and outgoing, with a friendly and approachable demeanor, skilled at building rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of providing effective solutions promptly.
  • Reliable and committed, showing dependability, responsibility, and a drive for quality work.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift as required.
