Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015, dedicated to providing every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation.

Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials addresses every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment.

Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate team is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager based in Germany. This role can be performed remotely.

The Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services, visiting Hematologist/Oncologist offices across Germany.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment. Reporting to the International Partnerships Director, responsibilities include:

  1. Creating a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for clinical trial enrollment services.
  2. Making outbound calls to physicians' offices to raise awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and conducting in-person visits.
  3. Maintaining CRM systems, following up with physicians, and reporting results to internal teams.
  4. Gathering and communicating feedback from physicians to relevant departments.
  5. Building and maintaining positive relationships with physicians.
  6. Analyzing market potential and status reports.

Candidate requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies.
  • Extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
  • Ability to travel to physicians' offices, using public transport or own vehicle (reimbursement for mileage or public transport).
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Residency in Germany.
