Job description

Primary Objective:

  • Responsible to pre-plan, execute & sustain any initiative related to PTP Transformation Culture & Lean. in Operations Division (OPS) by identify and eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and increase productivity using Operational Standard (OS) & Lean methodology.
  • Lead any PTP Transformation Culture & Lean. initiatives initiate by OPS, PTP Transformation Department and PTP Stakeholder in term of planning & executing the initiative in Operations Division, with collaboration with all Operations Change Agents (CA).
  • Processing and preparing macro reports for the OPS Data Analytics team in order to ensure OPS reporting can be produced as per standard cutoff time.

Role Impact:

  • Successful implementation of operations new process standardization.
  • Adoption and exchange of best (operation) practices.
  • Sustain all initiatives related to PTP Transformation Culture & Lean including Competency-based Interview (CBI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to sustain PTP Transformation Culture & Lean including Competency-based Interview (CBI) in OPS Division together with OPS Change Agents (CA).
  • Responsible to plan & execute any new initiatives initiate by OPS Division, Transformation Department and PTP Stakeholder related to PTP Transformation Culture & Lean or leadership to achieve certain standard that has been set.
  • Responsible to monitor initiatives progress and performance to ensure the progress follow the timeline and the implementations towards the objectives.
  • Responsible to promote PTP Culture Transformation and raising awareness with a view to elevating practises and processes to a higher standard within OPS Division.
  • Responsible to conduct training and awareness programs that address relevant areas before, during and after implementation that require attention and commitment.
  • Responsible to support OPS Data Analytic team to processing & prepare daily macro plan reports.
  • Responsible to sustain current and ensure new operations initiatives comply with safety elements of terminal.
  • Daily OPS macro reports
  • Responsible to engage with internal stakeholders to ensure sustainability of the current and new process implementation and compliance.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Information Security (IS) and IT policies that reflect the organizations needs regarding the protection of information and assets and the integrity and privacy of the organizations intellectual property.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • At least 3 5 years of experience in terminal operations.
  • Adequate knowledge in Terminal Operating System is required.
  • Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill, able to focus on business impact and initiatives for new system implementation accordance to terminal operations.
  • Ability to drive implementation of the new initiatives
  • Ability to communicate at all level across local organization and guide them towards the implementation.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to cultural differences.
  • Results drive with strong analytical, practical and problem-solving skill set.
  • Open minded, positive attitude and strong drive to succeed and break through barriers.
  • Ability to perceive situation from different perspectives.
  • Clear, persuasive and collaborate communications & influencing skills.
  • Proactively addressing problems jointly with stakeholder and external vendors before they grow acute.
  • Measured on key performance indicators and key objectives related to successful implementation of the projects.
  • Member of the management team at the facility.
