Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM holder with at least 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience working in an accounts department.

  • Daily accounting data entry, including receipts and credit/debit notes.
  • Ensure accurate month-end stock checks and SQL entries.

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Assist in financial and management account month end closing

· Daily accounting data entry, including receipts and credit/debit notes

· Uploading to LHDN portal for E invoice purpose

· Ensure accurate month-end stock checks and SQL entries

· Assist in ad-hoc finance projects

· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability

· Ensure work is accurate, timely, and error-free

· Participate in continuous improvement and training programs

Requirements:

· Minimum SPM holder with at least 4 years of accounting experience

· Diploma in Accounting is an added advantage

· Experience working in an accounts department

· Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures

· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL)

· Attention to numerical detail

· Strong organizational skills and confidentiality handling

· Good communicator and willing to work in a team environment

· Ability to follow company SOP and policy with a high level of professionalism
