English Language Instructor – ELS Language Centre, Johor Bahru
Full-Time or Part-Time Position | Based within a Leading Malaysian University Environment

Overview:
We invite committed and dynamic individuals to join our teaching team at ELS Language Centre. Working within a vibrant, international university setting, you will engage with a diverse student body from around the world. As part of a professional academic environment, you will be given opportunities for continuous professional development, working alongside experienced educators and reporting directly to the Academic Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assigned ELS academic programmes effectively, in line with the Centre’s approved curriculum and pedagogical standards.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans, exercises, and tests to support structured learning outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide individualised academic counselling to students to support their English language development.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active learning and student engagement.
  • Participate actively in teaching observations (both peer and management-led) to foster continuous professional growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, and fulfil administrative responsibilities as required by the Academic Director.
