Job description

The Senior Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point-of-contact for the Sales Operations Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics. This position primarily handles Purchase Orders processing for various vendors in the APAC region, validating required supporting documents, ensuring vendor compliance, and validating deals and pricing. The role involves following up with vendors on order status and providing information to the Logistics team for delivery arrangements. Additionally, this role manages inventory, coordinates with suppliers, maintains accurate data, and ensures materials meet quality and quantity standards as per the bill of materials and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  2. Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and communicate with vendors to resolve supply chain issues.
  3. Manage inventory effectively.
  4. Participate in process improvement projects and discussions.
  5. Support and assist the manager/team lead with issues and inquiries.
  6. Validate supporting documents and process complex/mega deal orders within SLA.
  7. Assist team members in reducing order request backlogs.
  8. Ensure compliance with vendor requirements and internal policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with SAP processing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification when needed.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Ability to interact effectively across all management levels.
  • Strong multicultural interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Build effective working relationships.
