A leading IT distributor in Malaysia seeks a Senior Order Processing Coordinator to manage purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with vendor requirements. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on inventory management and process improvement.
The Senior Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point-of-contact for the Sales Operations Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics. This position primarily handles Purchase Orders processing for various vendors in the APAC region, validating required supporting documents, ensuring vendor compliance, and validating deals and pricing. The role involves following up with vendors on order status and providing information to the Logistics team for delivery arrangements. Additionally, this role manages inventory, coordinates with suppliers, maintains accurate data, and ensures materials meet quality and quantity standards as per the bill of materials and quotations.
