Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  1. Disseminate updated information from customers and carriers to warehouse operations accurately and promptly.
  2. Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and follow-up calls regarding the latest developments and milestones related to customer orders and hub operations.
  3. Coordinate with customers on urgent or exceptional pulls and work with the operations team to ensure timely handover of goods.
  4. Review and troubleshoot audit trail reports for inventory discrepancies.
  5. Update the system accurately and promptly for any requests from customers or their suppliers, including placing parts on hold in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensuring proper segregation and labeling.
  6. Notify customers of any shipment discrepancies via email and follow up with phone calls.
  7. Respond promptly to emails from customers or related parties.
  8. Coordinate with the operations team for rework, screening, or scrap activities as per customer requirements.
  9. Maintain proper filing, updating, and record-keeping of all company documents.
Qualifications
  • STPM/Diploma
  • Certification in Communication Skills and SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.
