Job description

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and following up to ensure resolution. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chats.

Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, through inquiries and reviews via Facebook and social media platforms.

Responsible for providing customers with information about products and services, assisting with complaints and questions, and following up end-to-end.

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the products or services.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
