Job description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer Assistant to support our creative team at Supreme Interiors. If you have a strong design background and are eager to build your skills in real-world projects, join us!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior designers in preparing design concepts, mood boards, and material boards
2. Support technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and layout plans
3. Conduct material research and sample sourcing for design proposals
4. Help manage design folders, documentation, and project records (both hardcopy and digital)
5. Participate in site visits for measurements, progress reporting, and photo documentation
6. Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material listings for project handover
7. Liaise with suppliers for sample requests, pricing, and availability checks

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office (Excel), and Google Drive
4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
5. Highly organized, responsible, and willing to learn
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
