We are looking for an organizational talent to manage our office routine, especially in a virtual environment such as job fairs. If you enjoy structuring, organizing, and are comfortable with contracts and Excel lists, you are the right fit!

Your tasks will include:

  1. Handling inbound calls
  2. Assisting with contract review and processing
  3. Communicating with suppliers and service providers
  4. Supporting purchasing, ordering, and data management
  5. Managing the vehicle fleet and assisting with facility management
  6. Welcoming and assisting visitors, guests, and staff
  7. Organizing the front office and coordinating office workflows
Profile:
  • You enjoy organization and structure
  • You are communicative, meticulous, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience in office, administrative, or purchasing roles is a plus
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
