Customer Service Advisor - Automobile Industry (May Intake)

o Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.

o Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively address their needs.

o Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, including but not limited to:

  • Product inquiries and concerns
  • Warranty claims
  • Complaints and escalations

Build and maintain strong customer relationships:

  • Foster positive and lasting relationships with customers
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
