- Meet sales targets within the assigned territory
- Find new business opportunities and promote products in the assigned area and trade segment.
- Use product knowledge to provide solutions through demos and user training.
- Grow sales by gaining new customers and keeping strong relationships with current ones to build loyalty.
- Show products and services directly to customers in face-to-face demos.
- Follow a structured sales plan with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals to ensure effective customer visits.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally, offering the best solutions.
- Use CRM7 to plan sales activities, forecast sales, and track closing deals.
- Prepare quotes, track orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Introduce new products to target customers and the market.
- Work closely with other teams like logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification and above in any discipline
- Ability to thrive both, independently and in a team environment
- Persuasive, persistent, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience with proven track record of success is an advantage
