Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our merchant onboarding, payment channel setup, and risk compliance processes. This is a great opportunity to learn about payment systems and grow your career in financial technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review merchant onboarding documents to ensure compliance with the requirements from our upstream payment partners and banks.
  2. Collect and organize risk data, assisting in the preparation of basic risk reports.
  3. Adjust routing settings for payment channels based on transaction performance (training will be provided).
  4. Set up and verify the correct fees for each customer.
  5. Communicate with partner banks to prepare necessary documents and assist with daily transaction queries.
  6. Assist in preparing documents required for compliance reviews by our payment partners.
  7. Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal compliance and risk procedures.
  8. Provide support for other tasks as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred in finance, business, or related fields.
  2. Comfortable using Excel and basic office software.
  3. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  5. Chinese reading/writing skills required to engage with Greater China counterparts.
  6. No prior experience required; experience in payments, banking, or operations is a plus.
