The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, with a particular focus on managing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Excel Management and Reporting:
    • Download and update data daily.
    • Clean and organize raw data into comprehensive reports.
    • Use advanced Excel functions for data analysis and report generation.
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of Excel documents.
    • Create visual data presentations with charts and pivot tables.
  2. Marketing Team Support:
    • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
    • Record and maintain marketing data.
    • Support reporting and data entry tasks.
    • Streamline administrative processes for efficiency.
  3. General Administrative Support:
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for executives and staff.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other meeting documents.
    • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
    • Oversee office supplies inventory and ordering.
    • Provide support and assistance to team members.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in work.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Diploma or degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
