Job description

Senior Service Crew & Management Trainee

- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers according to restaurant standards.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously.

- Provide assistance to Supervisors/Managers when necessary.

- Ensure personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Position 2: Management Trainee

In this program, you will learn and participate in:

  1. All aspects of outlet operations, including food preparation, service, inventory, and cleanliness.
  2. Daily operational tasks for hands-on learning.
  3. Supporting and guiding teams to achieve performance goals.
  4. Developing leadership skills through supervisory roles.
  5. Delivering excellent customer experiences by resolving issues and managing feedback.
  6. Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Working with managers and the operations team to implement company policies.
  8. Identifying and addressing operational challenges effectively.
  9. Developing decision-making skills to maintain service quality.
  10. Adapting by relocating or traveling for training and operational exposure.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens.
  • Punctuality and a good working attitude.
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese.
  • Six-day work week.
