We are a financial services company seeking candidates who have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. The candidate must be detail-oriented, knowledgeable about accounting and finance standards, organized, and capable of offering operational solutions. They should possess a strong problem-solving attitude, be committed to continuous improvement, and be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations and perform tasks related to equity functions in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  2. Attend to queries and requests from dealer representatives, business support, and clients.
  3. Provide guidance and support to subordinates and branches on internal policies, regulatory requirements, and daily operational issues.
  4. Lead the team to deliver operational support, including settlement and contract processing activities.
  5. Supervise and manage the team to ensure daily operations comply with company and regulatory standards.
  6. Assist in resolving issues related to equity operations.
  7. Identify areas for operational improvement to meet business needs.
  8. Undertake additional assignments as instructed by superiors or management.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in stock broking or investment.
  2. Detail-oriented with a willingness to explore new challenges for continuous improvement.
  3. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills are advantageous.
