Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Update and manage the customer database with accurate information.
  • Handle requests from dealerships for changes to customer information.
  • Perform outbound calls to customers on a project basis.

Job description

To assist the unit and section head in achieving the department's goals.

Responsible for updating and managing the customer database with accurate and precise information.

Ensure all customer information is updated accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure all customer data is protected at all times according to the PDPA Act 2010.

Follow established procedures for each request, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Handle requests from dealerships nationwide for changes to customers' information via email and system.

Perform outbound calls to customers on a project basis.

Assist with documentation and filing management within the department.

Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by superiors as required.

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Confident, mature, and with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
  • Motivated, service-oriented, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and energy.
  • Management, project management, community awareness, sociability, and customer service skills.
Experience/Education:
  • SPM or diploma in any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in any industry.
