Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in construction or building materials preferred.

Job description

You will provide technical solution to designer, developer and promote product specification to project influencer and decision maker. You will also be responsible to ensure that the combination of technical and marketing competency will strengthen relationship with clients.

What You'll Do

• Manages the Specification process tools to constantly monitor the progress and development of each project.
• Implement safely technical marketing action plans to effectively market and win specification.
• Create and maintain key account relationships with major specifiers in the Governmental and semi-government sector.
• Provide support to Sales Department with tender and project information for follow-up and closing deals. Perform technical support role attending to site inspection as and when required.
• The role included all aspects of day-to-day customer enquiry, order taking, order entry and preparing quotation.

What You Need to Succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction / building material or site related project would be an added advantage.
• Possess your own vehicle and a valid driving license.
• Passionate, good interpersonal and high presentation skill both verbal and written.
• Proficient in English language both oral & written with good presentation skills
