Job description

• Able to manage Full Set Account, Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation.

• Perform daily accounts processing and manage general accounting and administrative.

• Prepare and review monthly financial management report, ensure timely submission during month end closing.

• Prepare and compile management reports and documents, responsible for status updates as and when required for internal and external audit reporting purpose.

• Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Bankers, Auditor and Trustees.

• Handling and submission of SST.

• Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with Group policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.

• Proper and systematic filling for all accounts related matters.

• To perform any task or project assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or your immediate superior.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

• Have at least 3 years of working experience will be added advantage.

• Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.

• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
