Job description

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Admin & Accounting Assistant to join our team! You will be providing comprehensive administrative support to our Accountants, Manager, and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist team members with daily administrative tasks.
  2. Support basic accounting operations, including invoicing, quotations, delivery orders, and proforma invoices.
  3. Maintain good communication with colleagues and clients, including liaising with clients in China on administrative matters.
  4. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly organized.
Requirements:
  1. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  2. Keen attention to detail and meticulous in work.
  3. A dependable team player with strong communication skills.
  4. Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
  5. Experience in basic accounting support is an advantage.
