Position Details:

Role: Native Japanese - Quality Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia

Salary: RM12,000

Education: Diploma and above

Experience: At least 1 year of QA experience in Customer Service or senior customer service experience in a BPO company

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality assessments of customer service to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and decision-making skills.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and processes for customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze content trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve moderation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including training, operations, and product development, to improve content moderation practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in content moderation and ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.
  • Handle escalations and complex cases requiring higher scrutiny and judgment.
Qualifications:
  • Native proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing constructive feedback and training.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
