Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare service-related documents to clients.
  • Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll service matters.
  • Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure compliance filings are completed in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence checks.
  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
  • Proficiency in mandarin will be vital as we deal with mandarin speaking counterparts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
