Castlery is looking for a Web Operations Specialist to join our E-Commerce Team

This newly created role offers a high-impact opportunity within our E-Commerce Team. As the Web Operations Specialist, you will support Castlery's e-commerce growth in the US. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll work closely with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and that customers have an exceptional experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the website and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify) to ensure product listings are accurate, current, and optimized for sales.
• Assist in the setup and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions on the website and marketplaces.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute strategies and campaigns effectively across digital platforms.
• Optimize product pages for user experience, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory status.
• Manage inventory updates across platforms, ensuring synchronization.
• Analyze website and marketplace performance, providing suggestions for improvement to enhance user experience and sales.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience; entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of web maintenance and online retail operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
