Job Responsibility

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and resourceful IT Specialist who has a strong understanding of general IT support, systems management, and web technologies, especially e-commerce platforms like Shopify whereas able to link with Site giant. Youâll play a key role in maintaining our IT systems, providing tech support, and managing updates and improvements to our websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and server systems.
• Manage and update e-commerce websites (primarily Shopify).
• Customize Shopify themes, troubleshoot plugins/apps, and implement new features.
• Ensure website functionality, security, and performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for web content updates.
• Monitor website analytics and implement improvements for performance and UX.
• Backup and disaster recovery management for IT systems and websites.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Shopify Liquid (templating language).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
• Experience with email marketing tools and integration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Hands-on experience with Shopify & Sitegiant.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with domain/DNS management and web hosting environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
