The World's Largest Sports Retailer is recruiting passionate Sports People to join us as our E-Commerce Support (Contract Basis).

Responsibilities & KPIs

1. Store Tasks: Ensure trucks are pegs, assist the store team with store-related tasks, maintain store neatness, and readiness at all times.
2. Item Handling: 100% of received items are correctly treated and displayed on the right pegs. Error rate should be less than 1%. Items must be placed in the respective layout promptly. Maintain productivity standards.
3. Tools & Cleanliness: Keep all tools in their proper places and ensure the sales floor is free from objects related to receiving activities.
4. Order Fulfillment: Picking, checking out, and packing for E-Commerce orders. Prioritize customer service and support the store team to focus on customers.

KPIs

• Daily orders are picked and packed accurately with an error rate below 1%.
• Productivity target of 20 items packed per hour.

Profile & Requirements

• Minimum 3 months contract availability.
• Flexible to work both day and night shifts.
• Based at Decathlon Sri Damansara store.
• Hourly rate of RM13.56 for both day and night shifts.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Minimum qualification: Diploma.
• Customer-centric with a strong sense of service.
• Willing to assist teammates and customers.
• Digitally savvy.
• Ability to work as part of a team during busy times (weekends and holidays).
• Experience in online fulfillment is a plus.
