About the role

The E-Commerce Store Assistant is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will be an integral part of the Tomaz Shoes team, responsible for managing the company's online store.

What you'll be doing
  • Receiving and verifying goods: Ensure the quality, quantity, and condition of goods.
  • Handle store incoming and outgoing items.
  • Maintaining inventory records: Keep track of stock levels, data, and account for all goods.
  • Picking and packing requests: Issue goods to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries: Meet delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensuring properly organized storage (stock handling, arrangement, and allocations including Online Marketplaces).
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the store is presentable.
  • Performing clerical duties: Maintain accurate records.
  • Handling claims: Respond to claims about damaged or incomplete shipments.
  • Ensuring safety measures are taken for the store, goods, and staff.
What we're looking for
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
  • Working experience would be an advantage.
  • All other relevant experience in warehousing and logistics is welcomed.
  • Able to work independently, responsible, self-motivated, and a good team player.
