About Us: Futurizta Tech is a fast-growing premium tech brand based in Australia specializing in innovative mobile accessories. With multiple successful Kickstarter campaigns and global sales on Shopify and Amazon, we’re scaling to the next level — and looking for an E-Commerce Specialist / Manager to drive growth across our B2C platforms.
Responsibilities
Platform & Store Management
- Shopify: Manage product listings, A/B test titles, descriptions, and bundles; implement CRO — test landing pages and checkout flows; oversee store theme updates, navigation, and UX improvements; track abandoned cart recovery and email retargeting flows.
- Amazon (FBA): Optimize product SEO (titles, bullets, backend keywords); manage A+ Content / Storefront branding; track Buy Box %, review acquisition, and competitor ranking; scale PPC campaigns and test new keywords monthly.
Marketing & Growth
- Paid Ads: Run Meta, Google, TikTok campaigns; test creatives and audiences; optimize ROAS.
- Content Funnel: Collaborate with design/UGC team for ads, influencer collaborations, and social proof.
- Email & Retargeting: Manage Klaviyo flows (welcome, cart abandon, upsell).
- SEO & Content: Oversee blog, product SEO, and organic ranking strategy.
- Analytics: Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV across platforms.
Sales & Revenue Strategy
- Plan quarterly sales campaigns (holiday, bundles, upsells).
- Monitor and propose pricing adjustments (Shopify vs Amazon parity).
- Create reseller & affiliate programs to expand reach.
- Ensure consistent growth targets are set and achieved.
Operations & Fulfillment Support
- Coordinate with 3PL to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Track delivery SLAs and handle escalations.
- Forecast inventory based on sales velocity & campaigns.
- Align with product team on stock readiness for launches.
Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Research new markets (e.g., EU expansion, Shopee/Lazada if relevant).
- Test new sales channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace).
- Scout and manage influencer/affiliate partnerships.
- Work closely with CEO to identify new product-market fits.
Leadership & Reporting
- Build weekly dashboards (sales, ads, KPI summary).
- Proactively recommend strategies to CEO & CMO.
- Mentor junior team members (future growth: e-comm assistant).
- Be accountable for revenue contribution from B2C channels.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce (Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and analytics tools.
- Hands-on with listing optimization, ad scaling, and sales funnels.
- Strong project management skills (Kickstarter/Indiegogo experience is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, KPI-driven, and eager to scale revenue.
