About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a E-commerce Specialist. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in digital sales operations, campaign planning, and competitive strategy. You will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment that drives the brand’s growth on major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in e-commerce sales tasks, such as preparation for new product launches and major promotional campaigns;
  • Monitor online price compliance and assist in maintaining channel order and brand integrity;
  • Coordinate and execute store-level marketing activities, such as product page updates, campaign setup, and livestream sessions;;
  • Collect and analyze competitor data (pricing, promotions, campaigns) to support internal strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field;
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing;
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with data analysis;
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) is a plus.
