Job Responsibility

Customer Interaction

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media.
• Assist customers in selecting products and placing orders.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues.
  
  

Product Promotion

• Promote retail products through digital channels.
• Post product listings, descriptions, and promotional content.
• Use tools like Canva or Photoshop to create product visuals if needed.
  
  

Order Management

• Process online orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the logistics/shipping department or external couriers.
  
  

Sales Reporting

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales.
• Report trends, popular items, and customer feedback to management.
  
  

Upselling & Cross-Selling

• Suggest related or higher-value products to increase order value.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Strong written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, FB Marketplace, and etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools
• Sales techniques and customer service mindset
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Willing to work at Iskandar Puteri.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is a plus
