Responsible for managing e-commerce fulfillment and daily operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery within the retail sector. This role focuses on team leadership, process improvement, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations including order processing, picking, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and operational guidelines to improve efficiency.
  • Plan and optimize logistics routes and delivery zoning to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to ensure high standards.
  • Handle change requests based on business and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Oversee maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and other operational tools.
  • Support and participate in ad hoc projects or assigned duties as required.
