E-Commerce Operation Executive (Beauty E-commerce) Online Customer Service

We are seeking a motivated E-Commerce Operation Executive to join our beauty business team. If you are passionate about the startup environment and seek a role that offers a great work-life balance, this is an excellent opportunity!

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Management:
   • Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
   • Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
2. Order Management & Fulfillment:
   • Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
   • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to oversee inventory levels and shipment status.
3. Administrative Support & Operations Coordination:
   • Update product listings, prices, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
   • Support vendor communications, inventory management, and other operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with experience in handling customer queries and complaints.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to communicate effectively with clients.
• Willingness to work at Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. Immediate availability is a plus.
