Job Description:
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for delivering revenue growth for the brand. Your work will include:
Responsible for the daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok): order processing, inventory and product listing management, and handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
Utilize seller tools to plan promotions and reach out to customers. Develop skills in performance marketing and content marketing to maximize store traffic and conversion rates. You will also be involved in marketplace campaigns, budgeting, and collaborating with creators and internal creative teams to generate engaging content about the products you manage.
Work closely with platform’s KAM for monthly promotions or campaign execution.
Monitor platform performance, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance sales, traffic, and overall customer experience.
