A leading company in the retail and consumer products industry is seeking an eCommerce Merchandiser to develop and implement merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will analyze sales and market trends, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure inventory levels meet targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management and strong analytical skills are required. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales whenever needed.
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
Responsible for merchandise replenishment, allocation & consolidation
Develop sales analysis to monitor the product's sales performance and provide insight for buying plan.
Ensure inventory level are maintained in line with budget, Open to buy, and sell-through targets.
Arrange product for photo shooting, maintains product descriptions, specifications, digital assets and categorizations.
Assist the superior to deliver efficient and accurate tasks within deadline irregularly
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Management related field
Fast learner, good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, planning & organizing skills
Self-motivated, proactive, positive attitude, result driven and able to work well under pressure
Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Ability to adapt to fast pace working environment
Familiar with Microsoft Excel/ office/ PowerPoint
