A leading e-commerce aggregator in Asia is looking for a proactive E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize product listings on major platforms like Target+ and Macy's. This remote position requires strong experience in e-commerce marketplace operations with a focus on maintaining product accuracy, compliance, and cross-platform consistency.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize our product catalogue on Target+ and Macy’s. This role will be crucial in maintaining seamless operations, ensuring accurate listings, and supporting cross-platform consistency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplaces and is comfortable managing listings, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. As we expand, this role may also support onboarding to other marketplaces.
Marketplace Operations & Listing Management
Create, update, and maintain product listings on Target+ and Macy’s.
Resolve listing-related issues such as content errors, suppressed listings, or category misplacements.
Ensure product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images are optimised for discoverability and conversions.
Monitor pricing across platforms and sync updates to maintain price parity and competitiveness.
Track product availability and coordinate restocking efforts with logistics and 3PLs.
Set up promotions and ensure correct execution across all platforms.
Monitor and respond to platform tickets, alerts, and escalations promptly.
Inventory Management & Strategic Support
Coordinate inventory movements with 3PL.
Order monitoring and fulfilment
Flag low stock SKUs and assist with replenishment planning.
Collaborate with brand, operations, and supply chain teams to align catalogue strategy and stock availability.
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and assist in executing optimization strategies.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or digital retail.
Familiarity with Target+, Macy’s, or similar platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopee, Lazada)
Strong attention to detail in managing product content and compliance.
Experience in resolving listing errors and coordinating with platform support.
Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and operate independently in a remote setting.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting skills.
