Job description

As the E-commerce Marketing Executive for Boxgreen in Kuala Lumpur, you will be instrumental in expanding our online marketplace presence and contributing to our broader regional commercial objectives. This hands-on role encompasses overseeing all e-commerce operations, from meticulously optimizing product listings to deploying effective digital marketing campaigns. You will also analyze customer behavior and performance data to continually enhance the online shopping experience, driving increased revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms (website, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Fairprice Online), ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Take accountability for all e-commerce operations and marketing execution across channels.
  • Develop and implement impactful digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic, increase conversion rates, and accelerate online sales.
  • Manage inventory and promotional mechanisms (e.g., bundle creation, discount activation, vouchers) to ensure consistent stock and effective promotions.
  • Analyze customer behavior, website analytics, and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and continuously optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, working closely with our logistics and customer service teams.
  • Track, report, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, sales figures, and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and third-party platforms, which may include negotiating rates, fostering partnerships, and managing promotions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of all e-commerce initiatives.
  • Oversee customer service for our online customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all digital content, product information, and legal disclaimers are accurate, compliant, and consistently on-brand.
  • Any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or any related courses
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience as an Ecommerce Marketing Executive is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in interpreting web analytics and sales data.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Able to based in KL
