E-Commerce Manager (Singapore Market) – Based in KL HQ

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our Singapore e-commerce business from our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. You will own the full P&L for Petico Singapore across Brand.com, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other digital channels. This role combines digital marketing expertise, supplier management, and cross-border operations to ensure profitable growth and market leadership in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Singapore e-commerce P&L, driving sales, profitability, and growth across Brand.com and marketplaces.
  • Lead SEM, Meta, TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising in collaboration with the Group Marketing team to maximize ROAS, new customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with Singapore brand partners including trade deals, co-marketing, and campaign activations.
  • Plan and execute monthly/quarterly campaigns aligned with Singapore market events (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).
  • Optimize assortment, pricing, and inventory planning to meet local demand while ensuring timely stock replenishment.
  • Oversee organic and paid traffic growth by improving SEO, content strategy, and marketplace ranking.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets tailored for Singapore audiences.
  • Track and report on KPIs (revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) weekly to management, with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (GST, PDPA, shipping SLAs) and manage cross-border operations efficiently.
  • Travel to Singapore as needed for partner meetings, campaigns, and market checks.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven e-commerce experience (managing Brand.com and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
  • Strong hands‑on skills in digital marketing (SEM, Meta, TikTok Ads) with track record of improving ROAS and customer growth.
  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills in supplier and trade marketing deals.
  • Analytical and data-driven with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
  • Passion for pets and the pet care industry is a strong plus.
