JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB VACANCY 1

Develop and implement comprehensive E-commerce selling strategies for the Brand Website to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Lead the expansion of the brand's presence on mobile app platforms (iOS & Android), ensuring user-friendly and engaging experiences.

Implement inventory mobilization across online and offline channels to optimize product availability and sales.

Manage and enhance store pickup and return processes to elevate customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader brand goals.

Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure website operations run smoothly, including managing updates, troubleshooting, and improving user experience.

Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting innovative practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, E-commerce, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce management, preferably in a brand-focused role.

Strong technical skills in website and mobile app development, UX/UI optimization, and system integrations.

Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in E-commerce Brand Website and Mobile Application sales growth.

Experience with online-to-offline integration on brand websites.

Knowledge of inventory management, payment gateways, and logistics solutions.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.

JOB VACANCY 2

Develop short and long-term e-commerce strategies for Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsible for sales, P&L, controlling and reporting all costs related to e-commerce.

Analyze the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing and advertising budgets by channel to maximize ROI.

Conduct research and provide insights from market and competitor analysis regularly.

Plan, conceptualize, and execute promotional/marketing campaigns on online marketplaces, platforms, and Brand.com.

Lead the team in developing e-commerce programs and marketing campaigns to support growth, aligning with brand objectives.

Maintain good relationships with marketplaces to improve brand performance and exposure.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsible for monthly and campaign reports, analysis, and presentations.

Support the management of the E-commerce team, providing feedback and coaching regularly.

Plan strategies for cross-border global stores.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related disciplines. 3-5 years of e-commerce experience.

Experience in brand building, channel marketing, and driving online sales.

Experience leading a team.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
