Its group of companies, Marco Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd & Marco Worldwide Sdn Bhd, primarily activity include marketing and distribution of timepieces, consumer technology products and electronic musical instruments offline and online.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Marco Worldwide S/B the distributor for Reebok, Caterpillar & Titan timepieces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce business, with a focus on improving the online sales.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee e-commerce platforms and our own E-Store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Coordinate and work closely with the product teams in running and managing the E-Store & marketplaces, in particular Shopee and Lazada effectively and to create effective online marketing strategies

Liaises with public platforms’ KAMs in securing exposures, deals and packages; enter into campaigns and ensure that they run smoothly.

Develops plans and executes the marketplace strategies to meet company goals.

Manages in-apps advertisements and external advertisements, such as Google Ads and CPAS.

Liaises with digital marketing agencies to plan and execute marketing plans.

Liaises with internal and external graphic designers to ensure the delivery of quality key visuals and other creative.

Prepares and presents sales reports and analysis after each campaign and updates to senior management.

Studies and analyses market trend and proposes promotions.

Trouble shoots and solves logistics issues. Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsible for inventory management.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree holder in Commerce/Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years working experience in E-Commerce background and marketplaces preferably in E-Commerce with Senior E-Commerce Executive or similar role.

Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and platforms.

Familiarity with content management systems and SEO/SEM practices.

Strong marketing and branding awareness.

Strong business and operation sense. Excellent leadership skills.

Passionate in the use of SEO, social media and popular networking from internet to generate sales growth.

Possess creative marketing talent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
