We are looking for an energetic individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our e-commerce logistics team. Your areas of responsibilities will include logistics management and administration work within an exciting retail e-commerce environment.
Key Duties:
- To process online orders:
- a) Pick up and sorting goods from tenants to packaging parcels based on scheduled time frame and dateline for the orders.
- b) Food pick up and arrangement from tenants to riders to shoppers (Click&Carry/ Curbside Pickup/ Food Delivery/ Swift Delivery) in a timely manner.
- c) Loading, transporting, and delivery items to shoppers in a safe, timely manner.
- d) Assist office to dispatch goods (if any).
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery arrangement to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct.
- Handle proper daily transactions, generate reports with proper filing and basic analysis for optimization.
- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
- Assist administration on data and product uploading and maintenance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by superior(s).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in logistic or other relevant disciplines with 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing and logistics
- Own Class B (motorbike) and D driving license (manual car preferred)
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with customer service-oriented mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-lingual with good problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize delivery orders
- Able to work 6 days a week and shift hours of a mall operating hours, weekends and public holidays
