Qualifications

• This position is set to base in Kuala Lumpur Sales Office.
• Incumbent is expected to be on-site at the Desaru resort at least one week in a month.
• As E Commerce Manager, you will be driving profitable growth of the online transient market segment and creating consumer demand and loyalty through proprietary and third party channels.
• You will provide consultation and direction to managed properties in both domestic and international markets on strategic and tactical e-Commerce activities.

• Lead, plan and execute the development of MH e-Commerce capabilities, including web performance, SEO, PPC and other online strategies and tactics.
• Develop and structure an in-house e-Commerce team based on business needs, cost and return.
