A leading company is seeking a Livestream Coordinator to manage the TikTok live streaming schedule and oversee daily operations. This entry-level position welcomes fresh graduates, providing training to develop skills in product promotion and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields, and be proficient in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Plan and manage the monthly TikTok live streaming schedule in alignment with campaign goals, product launches, and client expectations.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather livestream content briefs, promotion mechanics, and product highlights.
Liaise with livestream hosts to align on scripting, key talking points, and hosting schedules.
2. Daily Operations Management
Oversee the end-to-end setup of daily livestreams, including product preparation, lighting, audio/visuals, and TikTok system readiness.
Provide on-site or remote support to ensure livestreams begin and run smoothly.
Troubleshoot real-time technical or operational issues to avoid disruptions.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor live sessions to ensure quality control and brand consistency.
Track livestream metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement, conversions) and provide performance reports to stakeholders.
Gather insights to optimize future livestream planning and strategy.
Act as the main coordinator between clients, livestream hosts, and internal teams.
Ensure all parties are well-informed about livestream plans, updates, and expectations.
Coordinate feedback from all parties to improve livestream content and operations.
Job Requirements:
No experience needed! Training will be provided.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidate must be available to work at Ipoh (Kampung Tawas).
Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu & English.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce, or related field.
Basic knowledge of TikTok advertising tools and features.
Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task projects and manage own schedule according to deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organization and problem-solving skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
