Execute, monitor, and optimize Shopee and Lazada advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
Coordinate and implement promotional activities, vouchers, and flash sales on both platforms.
Track and analyze SKU performance, advertising spend, and campaign effectiveness to inform budget allocation and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with content creators and influencers, managing content postings and ensuring campaigns are effectively boosted with targeted ads.
Work closely with internal teams, including design, logistics, and customer service, to enhance customer experience and resolve operational issues promptly.
Generate and present regular reports highlighting sales performance, campaign metrics, and actionable insights for continual improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience managing Shopee and Lazada stores, including in-depth knowledge of platform-specific advertising tools.
Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace operations, campaign setup, and performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or Google Sheets.
