GINTELL (M) SDN BHD is seeking an eCommerce Executive to manage daily Shopee and Lazada operations, including listings, pricing, promotions, and stock, while coordinating campaign setup and affiliate network growth. You will monitor orders, returns, refunds, and settlements, ensuring timely processes.

You should have a degree in Marketing or related fields and 1–2 years in e-commerce, with familiarity in Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers and strong Excel skills for reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field.
• 1-2 years of e-commerce experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Shopee/Lazada Seller Center will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, especially for sales and performance reporting.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of Shopee and Lazada, including product listings, pricing, promotions, stock availability, and campaign setup.
• Process and monitor online orders, cancellations, returns and refunds.
• Plan and support platform campaigns such as Brand Day, Double Digit Sales, Payday, and Flash Sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce reports covering sales, product performance, live host performance and Shopee/Lazada settlement, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Source, recruit, and manage Shopee affiliates/creators to drive affiliate sales performance.
