Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Operations & Strategy

Plan, execute, and manage daily e-commerce activities across website, marketplaces, and digital platforms in line with company goals.

  • Marketing & Conversion Optimization

Collaborate on digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, ads, EDMs), optimize online funnels, and improve user engagement and conversion rates.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, analyze performance, and generate insights for business decisions and improvements.

  • Content & Catalog Management

Ensure accurate product listings with appealing content and visuals across all e-commerce platforms.

  • Customer Experience & Support

Oversee online customer service touch points, ensuring timely responses and implementing improvements based on feedback.

  • Project & Vendor Coordination

Manage e-commerce projects and liaise with third-party vendors to deliver updates, campaigns, and tech integrations effectively.

Key Competencies & Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, revenue models, and customer value drivers.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-informed decisions.
