E-Commerce Executive

Location: Georgetown, Penang (Relocating to Bukit Mertajam in Q2 2025)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
2. Handle customer inquiries and orders
3. Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfillment
4. Monitor product listings, promotions, and campaigns
5. Generate sales reports and provide insights

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Familiar with online platforms and e-commerce tools
3. Good communication skills in English & Malay
4. Analytical & proactive mindset
